📝 Ingredients

Potato
Cucumber
Onion
Strawberry jam
Black pepper
Mayonnaise
Mustard sauce

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until soft, then mash them while they’re still warm.

  2. Finely chop the cucumber and onion, and squeeze out excess moisture.

  3. Add the chopped vegetables to the mashed potatoes.

  4. Season with black pepper, then mix in mayonnaise and mustard sauce to taste.

  5. Spread a thin layer of strawberry jam on one slice of bread.

  6. Spread the potato salad mixture on the other slice, then put them together to make a sandwich.

  7. Cut in half and serve.
