🍙Spicy Fish Cake Gimbap

📝Ingredients

  • Cooked rice

  • Dried seaweed (gim)

  • Spicy stir-fried fish cake strips (with gochujang)

  • Leaf lettuce

  • Perilla leaves

  • Pickled radish (danmuji)

  • Seasoned burdock root (woong)

  • Egg omelet

  • Sesame oil

  • Salt

  • Sesame seeds

👩‍🍳Instructions

  1. Stir-fry thinly sliced fish cakes with gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and a splash of water until well-coated and slightly caramelized.

  2. Make a thin egg omelet and cut it into long strips.

  3. Season warm rice with sesame oil and a pinch of salt.

  4. On a sheet of dried seaweed, spread rice evenly.

  5. Layer with spicy fish cake, lettuce, perilla leaves, danmuji, burdock root, and egg.

  6. Roll tightly, brush with sesame oil, slice, and top with sesame seeds.
