🥩 Beef Pancake with Chive Rolls 

This dish features tender slices of pan-fried beef (yukjeon) wrapped around fragrant chives. It's savory, juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. Perfect as a side dish or appetizer, it's a beautiful way to highlight Korean-style beef pancakes with a fresh green twist.

📝Ingredients

  • Thin slices of beef (for yukjeon)

  • Fresh chives (buchu)

  • Eggs

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

  • Cooking oil

👩‍🍳Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the chives, then blanch briefly in hot water and pat dry.

  2. Stack a small bundle of chives and roll them tightly with a slice of beef.

  3. Lightly season with salt and pepper.

  4. Dust each roll with flour.

  5. Beat the eggs in a bowl and coat each roll with egg wash.

  6. Pan-fry on medium heat until golden on all sides.

  • Smoked duck breast (pre-sliced)

  • Napa cabbage leaves (small, tender inner leaves)

  • Garlic (optional)

  • Sesame oil

  • Soy sauce (optional, for dipping)

👩‍🍳Instructions

  1. Gently blanch napa cabbage leaves in boiling water until soft. Rinse in cold water and drain.

  2. Place a few slices of smoked duck on each leaf.
